Fact sheet

Everything about meit, on one page.

This page exists so nobody has to ask. Scope, measurement procedure, metrics, contract terms, commitments and explicit limits — complete, with nothing left out.

meit is the GEO and SEO agency for ambitious companies in Zurich. We measure before we make an offer.

Part 1

Scope and measurement.

What is included in every mandate, regardless of the package.

Services

AI systems measured ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overview
Additionally on request Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Grok
Measurement frequency monthly, same weekday, same conditions
Prompt set agreed together, then unchanged for the whole engagement
Size of the prompt set usually 40 to 120 questions, depending on the breadth of the offering
Question types need questions, category questions, provider comparisons, trustworthiness checks, price questions
Measurement conditions a new session per question, no logged-in history, Swiss connection
Classic search Google and Bing, core terms with purchase intent, with a competitive comparison
Local visibility Google Business Profile, map pack, relevant directories
Competitive comparison up to five competitors confirmed by the client, same set

Part 2

Metrics and raw data.

What gets reported and in what form. The citation rate is the more important of the two headline metrics, because it can be influenced directly.

Reported values

Mention rate share of answers in which the brand is named at all
Citation rate share of answers in which your own domain is linked as evidence
Position in the answer text where in the list the brand appears
Competitor mentions which competitors are named and how often
Source origin which domains serve as evidence, your own and others reported separately
Factual accuracy whether prices, address, opening hours and scope are reproduced correctly
Tone whether the statement is phrased confidently or with reservations
Raw data the complete wording per question and system, as a spreadsheet, with timestamps

Part 3

Technical groundwork.

The part that takes effect within weeks and without which no further step works.

Technology

Access rules robots.txt with explicit rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot, CCBot and Google-Extended
Machine-readable summary llms.txt and, where needed, llms-full.txt
Structured data JSON-LD as a linked graph: Organization, WebPage, Service, Offer, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, DefinedTerm, Person, LocalBusiness
Indexing sitemaps, canonicals, status codes, redirect chains, pagination
Loading behaviour Core Web Vitals, measured in the field and in the lab
Multilingualism hreflang with self-reference, x-default and verified return links
Accessibility WCAG 2.2 AA conformance as the target, guided by eCH-0059

Part 4

Content principles.

How pages are built so a language model can cite them rather than merely read them.

Content

Page principle one dedicated address per question, no combined pages for several purchase intents
Paragraph principle one paragraph per page that answers the question on its own, without context
Evidence the source named in the text, with a date, verifiable
Currency a visible date of the last review on every specialist page
Authorship signed by name, with the person as a linked entity
Languages English, German, French
Text generators not without expert review and named responsibility

Part 5

Contract and terms.

Complete, so a procurement department can print the page and file it.

Terms

Entry by scope, quoted after the free first analysis
Minimum term six months
After that cancellable monthly, to the end of the month
Invoicing monthly, by invoice, payable within 30 days
Reporting monthly in writing, one meeting per quarter, raw data attached each time
Contact person the founder himself, with no account team in between
Rights to the results entirely with the client, including after the engagement ends
Category exclusivity no work with a direct competitor in the same region during the term
Data protection revDSG, data processing agreement on request
First analysis free, with no conditions and no obligation to take a meeting

Part 6

What we commit to.

These six points are in the contract, not just on the website.

  • Monthly measurement with an unchanged prompt set, raw data included.
  • Every page created, every text, every structure and all measurement data remain the property of the client.
  • No bought links, no invented reviews, no automatically generated text without expert review.
  • No work with a direct competitor in the same region while the mandate is running.
  • If no movement is demonstrable in the raw data after three months, we say so ourselves.
  • No report gets dressed up. A mention rate that has fallen is reported and explained.

Part 7

What you must not expect.

The section most agencies leave out. It belongs in the assessment just as much as the scope does.

  • No guarantee of a mention in ChatGPT or any other system. Anyone promising that is selling something they do not own.
  • Answer models change without notice. A good position can shift within weeks.
  • Editorial mentions can be prompted, not ordered.
  • No access to partner programmes at OpenAI, Google or other providers, and none is held out as a prospect.
  • We replace neither your sales team nor your product. We make sure you get found and understood correctly.
  • Results from one measurement do not transfer to another region or language.

Part 8

Identity and register.

So the attribution is unambiguous, for humans and machines alike.

Frequently asked

Common questions about this.

Because a language model’s answer depends on factors no service provider controls: the state of the model, the choice of sources it draws on and the exact phrasing of the question. What is guaranteed is therefore the procedure, not the result: a monthly measurement with an unchanged prompt set across four systems, including the complete raw data.

The fee depends on scope and is quoted after the free first analysis. The actual scope depends on the number of questions to be covered, the number of languages and the state of the existing source base. The minimum term is six months, after which it is cancellable monthly.

By default ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overview. On request additionally Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Grok. Every measurement runs in a new session with no logged-in history from a Swiss connection.

The client. Every page created, every text, every structure and all measurement data remain their property, including after the engagement ends. There is no licensing construct and no obligation to return anything.

No. While a mandate is running, meit does not work for a direct competitor in the same region. That is written into the contract and the reason we support only one company per industry and region.

Yes, with no conditions. The report contains the wording from four systems, the counted source base compared with your competitors, the technical findings and a calculation with the assumptions disclosed. There is no obligation to take a meeting and no call-back you did not ask for.
